Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Lumo (Labiobarbus ocellatus) is one of consumption fish thatavailable throughout the year at Tulang Bawang river.The increased in Lumocatches might reduce fish populations. Information about growth and reproduction of Lumo is needed to support the management of fish resources. The research was conducted on April until Desember 2013. The sampleswere collected from 4 stations in Tulang Bawang river. The parameters that were measured includedof the length and weight, the gonado somatic level, the gonado somatic index, and fecundity. Fish samples were893 fish. The result shows that Lumo spawned on November until Desember. The gonado maturity index varied from 2,22 to 7,27%, fecundity ranged from 424 to 24.491 eggs,the sex ratioof lumo unbalanced andlumo is total spawner. The growth were positive allomatric. Condition factor is <1 which shows lumo flat or thin. Keywords: growth, lumo, reproduction, Tulang Bawang river. Lumo (Labiobarbus ocellatus) merupakan salah satu jenis ikan konsumsi yang terdapat sepanjang tahun di Sungai Tulang Bawang.Dengan meningkatnya usaha penangkapan dikhawatirkan akan menurunkan populasi ikan Lumo. Informasi mengenai pola pertumbuhan dan reproduksi dibutuhkan untuk menjadi dasar bagi pengelolaan berkelanjutan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April sampai dengan Desember 2013. Sampel ikan dikumpulkan dari 4 stasiun di Sungai Tulang Bawang. Parameter penelitian mencakup pengukuran panjang dan berat, tingkat kematangan gonad, indek kematangan gonad, dan fekunditas. Sampel ikan berjumlah 893 ekor.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lumo bertelur pada bulan November sampai Desember. Indeks kematangan gonadantara 2,22- 7,27%,fekunditas berkisar antara 424-24.491 butir. Rasio kelamin tidak seimbang. lkan ini termasuk totalspawner. Pola pertumbuhan allometrik positif. Faktor kondisi <1 menunjukkan bahwa Lumo relatif pipih. Kata kunci : lumo, pertumbuhan, reproduksi, SungaiTulangBawang.
