Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of income, and employment status, to socio-economic conditions of PT. Indokom Samudera Persada. This study was conducted using primary data obtained from interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the independent variable of income and employment status have positive and significant effect to socioeconomic conditions of PT. Indokom Samudera Persada. Keywords: Employment status, Income, socio-economic conditions ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan dan status pekerjaan terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi pekerja PT. Indokom Samudera Persada. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan kuisioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel bebas pendapatan dan status pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi pekerja. Kata Kunci : Kondisi Sosial Ekonomi, Pendapatan, Status Pekerjaan.
