Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Masalah dalam penelitian ini masih maraknya penyalahgunaan narkoba di Lampung Selatan. Sedangkan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan dan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi, serta sejauh mana kerberhasilan dari program Pencegahan, Pemberantasan, Penyalahgunaan dan Peredaran Gelap Narkoba (P4GN) khususnya bidang pencegahan BNN Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat diskriptif, focus pelaksanaan program Pencegahan, Pemberantasan, penyalahgunaan dan Peredaran gelap narkoba BNN Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam interview, observasi dan studi dokumentasi/pustaka Hasil penelitian evaluasi program pencegahan, pemberantasan dan peredaran gelap narkoba khusus bidang pencegahan BNN Kabupaten Lampung Selatan belum optimal ditinjau dari aspek input (sumberdaya manusia, anggaran), proses (program yang dilaksanakan) serta outcome (dampak yang dihasilkan). Setelah dianalisis dari subtansi kebijakan, belum bisa menjawab dan memecahkan masalah maraknya penyalahgunaan dan peredaran gelap narkoba di Lampung Selatan. Pelaksanaan program P4GN dijumpai beberapa hambatan diantaranya, penyebaran informas imasih rendah, sumberdaya manusia masih kurang, potensi anggaran minimal serta belum terbentuknya komitmen antara pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam menjalankan program P4GN Kata kunci : Evaluasi Program, Implementasi Program dan Sosialisasi. Problems in the study of drug abuse still rampant in South Lampung. While the purpose of this to evaluate the implementation and the constraints as well as the extent to which the program Prevention, Eradication, abuse and illicit drugs (P4GN) especially in the field of prevention BNN South Lampung Regency . This study used qualitative research method that is descriptive, the focus of the Program Prevention, Eradication, Drug Abuse and illicit Trafficking BNN South Lampung Regency. Collecting data using in-depth observation and documentation study/library. The results of the evaluation of research programs of prevention, eradication and specialized field of Illicit drug trafficking prevention BNN South Lampung Regency cannot be said to be optimal in terms of aspects inputs (human resources, budget), process (program implemented) and out comes (effects produced). After the analysis of the substance of the policy, cannot answer and solve problems rampant drug abuse and illicit trafficking in South Lampung. Implementation of the program P4GN encountered several obstacles including, dissemination of information is low, human resources are society in running the program P4GN caking, the potential minimum budget and the lack of a commitment between government and society.
