Abstract
ABSTRACT BAHASA INGGRIS This study aims to analyze the inputs factors that affecting the production of tempe in Bandar Lampung. The research data was obtained from questionnaires (primary) and some observations as well as interviews with the parties directly related to the production of soybean industry in the city of Bandar Lampung. The results showed that the value of R square of adjusted 0.766433 which means that about 76,64% of industrial production tempe jointly influenced by variables (capital, raw materials, and labor aga ten) and the remaining 23,36% is influenced by other variables that are not described in the model. The variable of capital variable (X1) significantly, variable raw material (X2) have a significant effect, as well as the labor variable (X3) a significant effect on the micro-scale industrial production of tempe in Bandar Lampung. ABSTRAK BAHASA INDONESIA Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi tempe di Kota Bandar Lampung. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuisioner (primer) dan beberapa observasi serta wawancara langsung dengan pihak yang terkait dengan produksi industri tempe yang ada di Kota Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai adjusted R square sebesar 0,766433 yang berarti bahwa sekitar 76% produksi industri tempe dipengaruhi secara bersama-sama oleh variabel (modal, bahan baku, dan tenaga kerja) dan sisanya sebesar 24% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam model. Secara parsial variabel modal (X1) berpengaruh signifikan, variabel bahan baku (X2) berpengaruh signifikan, serta variabel tenaga kerja (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi industri tempe skala mikro di Kota Bandar Lampung.
