Abstract
ABSTRAK INDONESIA Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendiskripsikan alokasi anggaran sektor pendidikan dalam upaya meningkatkan pendidikan serta mengetahui dan mendiskripsikan tingkat keberhasilan pembangunan pendidikan di Kota Metro. Penelitian ini mengunakan data sekunder runtun waktu, berupa data tahunan dalam kurun waktu periode 2001-2012. Analisis yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Kebijakan alokasi pendidikan Kota Metro telah mampu melebihi dari amanat peraturan Undang-undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional yang berlaku yakni minimal 20% dari APBN dan ABPD Kota Metro. Indikator pendidikan seperti AMH, APS, APK, APM, TKS di kota Metro mengalami peningkatan, sesuai dengan peningkatan alokasi anggaran pendidikannya. Kata Kunci : Kebijakan Sektor Pendidikan, Anggaran Pendidikan, Indikator Pendidikan. ABSTRAK INGGRIS This study aimed to determine and describe the education sector budget allocation in order to improve education and to know and describe the success rate of educational development in Metro City. This study uses secondary data time series, in the form annual data within the period 2001-2012. The analysis used descriptive quantitative. Metro State education allocation policy has been able to exceed the regulatory mandate of Law Number 20 Year 2003 on National. Education System which applies the minimum of 20% of the state budget and budget data, Metro City. Education indicators such as AMH, APS, APK, APM, TKS in Metro city has increased, in accordance with the increase in budget allocation for education.
