Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh intellectual capital terhadap kinerja pasar dan keuangan perusahaan. Metode Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC™) digunakan untuk mengukur intellectual capital. Kinerja pasar dalam penelitian ini diukur menggunakan rasio price to book value (PBV) dan keuangan perusahaan mengunakan ROA. Sampel penelitan ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama tahun 2010 sampai dengan 2012. Secara keseluruhan sampel dari penelitian ini terdiri dari 63 sampel dari 21 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama tahun 2010 sampai 2012. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menganalisa permasalahan yaitu analisis regresi linear sederhana. Besarnya pengaruh variabel independen (kinerja modal intelektual) mampu menjelaskan variabel dependen (kinerja pasar) sebesar 28,6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 71,4% dijelaskan atau dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam model regresi ini dan variabel independen (kinerja modal intelektual) mampu menjelaskan variabel dependen (keuangan perusahaan) sebesar 32,2% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 67,8% dijelaskan atau dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam model regresi ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa intellectual capital berpengaruh positif terhadap rasio price to book value (PBV) dan Intellectual Capital berpengaruh positif terhadap ROA. Kata kunci: Intellectual Capital, Kinerja Pasar dan Keuangan Perusahan. The objective of this research is to investigate the influence of intellectual capital on markets performance and financial of the firm. The Value Added Intellectual Capital (VAIC™) methode is used to measure of intellectual capital. Markets performance in this research is measure with price to book value (PBV) ratio and financial of the firm determined by return on asset (ROA). The sample of this study is the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the years 2010 to 2012 the whole sample of this study consisted of 63 samples from 21 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2010 to 2012. The analytical tool used to analyze the problems is the simple linear regression analysis. The magnitude of the effect of independent variable (intellectual capital) which affects the dependent variable (markets performance) by 28.6% and the remaining 71.4% is influenced by other factors not included in the research model and independent variable (intellectual capital) which affects the dependent variable (financial of the firm) by 32.2% and the remaining 67.8% is influenced by other factors not included in the research model. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital positive and significant effect on the markets performance and intellectual capital positive and significant effect on the financial of the firm Keywords: Intellectual Capital, Markets Performance and Financial of the Firm.
