Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

The purpose of this research was to know whether there is an improvement on students socia linteraction by using assertive training. The method used in this research is an experimental method with one group pretest-posttest design. Subjects of this study are 8 students. Data collection techniques in this study used observation. The result of analysis showed that Z output < Z table (2,536<4) which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion is that there is an increase in the ability of social interaction after being given an assertive training in class XI IPS in high school Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung in 2013-2014. Tujuan penelitian ini untukmengetahui peningkatan interaksi sosial siswamelalui assertive training. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat quasi eksperimental dengan jenis desain One Group Pretest-Postest. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 8 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Zhitung < Ztabel (2,536 < 4) artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan adalah terdapat peningkatan kemampuan interaksi sosialsetelah diberi assertive trainingpada siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2013-2014.
