Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sikap pemuda dalam berorganisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui data yang diperoleh sebagai berikut :pada indikatorpemahaman tergolong tinggi sebanyak 17 orang (40,48%). Pada indikator motivasi tergolong tinggi adalah sebanyak 25 orang (59,53%). Pada indikator lingkungan keluarga tergolong tinggi adalah sebanyak 25 orang (59,53%). Pada indikator lingkungan masyarakat yang tergolong sedang 26 orang (61,90%). Pada indikator sikap berorganisasi tergolong tinggi adalah sebanyak 21 orang (50%) The purpose of this studi is to explain the factors that influence the attitudes of young man on organization. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. Based on the result of research which have been done, it can be seen that there are the data obtained as follows the understanding of the indicators high as many as 17 people (40.48%). At relatively high motivation indicators are as many as 25 people (59.53%). In a family environment indicators are relatively high by 25 people (59.53%). In societies that are categorized as environmental indicators were 26 people (61.90%). At the organizational attitude indicators high is 21 persons (50%).
