Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

ABSTRAK INDONESIA Penelitian bertujuan untuk : (1) menganalisis usahatani jamur tiram di Provinsi Lampung menguntungkan atau tidak, dan (2) untuk mengetahui perbedaan pendapatan jamur tiram dengan pemasaran konvensional dan jaringan yang dilalui analisis S-C-P. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Provinsi Lampung, khususnya Kota Bandar Lampung dan Kota Metro. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara sengaja. Responden petani diambil secara sensus dan responden lembaga perantara pemasaran diambil dengan mengikuti alur pemasaran. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari-Agustus 2013, meliputi data primer dan data sekunder dengan analisis data pendapatan usahatani dan analisis data efisiensi sistem pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) usahatani jamur tiram di Provinsi Lampung menguntungkan bagi petani jamur tiram dengan R/C ratio atas biaya tunai sebesar 1,88 dan R/C ratio atas biaya total sebesar 1,25. (2) (a) Struktur pasar yang terbentuk pada pemasaran konvensional adalah oligopsoni, sedangkan pada pemasaran jaringan adalah oligopoli. (b) Perilaku pasar menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan harga ditentukan berdasarkan proses tawar menawar dan oleh petani untuk pemasaran jaringan. (c) Keragaan pasar menunjukkan bahwa pada saluran pemasaran konvensional terdapat empat saluran pemasaran, dengan rasio profit margin tidak merata. Pada pemasaran jaringan keuntungan dan biaya pemasaran jaringan dengan membentuk kelompok jaringan upline dan downline tidak merata, dan margin pemasaran jamur tiram cara jaringan tanpa membentuk kelompok jaringan upline dan downline tidak merata. Kata kunci : usahatani, jamur tiram, pemasaran konvensional, pemasaran jaringan ABSTRAK INGGRIS The research aims to: (1) analyze the profitable of oyster mushroom farming in Lampung Province, and (2) analyze the revenue different of oyster mushroom marketing system between conventional and networks ways in Lampung Province. The research is conducted in Bandar Lampung and Metro City of Lampung Province. The location of this research are determined on purpose. Farmer respondents were taken by census method; while the respondents of marketing intermediaries by following the marketing channels. The data was collected from January to August 2013, included the primary and secondary data, and were analyzed by analysis of farming income and marketing system efficiency. The results showed that oyster mushroom farming in Lampung Province was profitable, for its farmers got R /C ratio of 1.88 over cash costs and R /C ratio of 1.25 on the total cost. The market structure was formed on conventional marketing oligopsonistic, while at network marketing was an oligopoly. The behavior of the market was indicated by the price formation process that was determined by farmer’s bargaining for network marketing. The market performance showed that the conventional marketing had four marketing channels, with uneven rasio profit margin. Similarly, the benefits and costs of network marketing was formed by the uneven upline and dowline groups, and oyster mushrooms marketing margin without forming network group upline and downline network was also uneven.
