Abstract
ABSTRAK INDONESIA Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Dana Alokasi Umum dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah terhadap alokasi belanja daerah Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan ,metode analisis kuantitatif dengan model regresi berganda. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang di dapatkan dari Badan Pusat Statistik Lampung Tengah Tahun 2000 - 2013, yaitu berupa Dana Alokasi Umum, Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Belanja Daerah Kabupaten/Kota di Lampung Tengah. Hasil peneletian menunjukkan DAU berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Belanja Langsung. DAU berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Belanja Tidak Langsung. PAD berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Belanja Langsung. PAD berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Belanja Tidak Langsung. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah Untuk meningkatkan alokasi belanja daerah maka Pemerintah Daerah diharapkan bisa terus menggali sumber-sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah baik secara intensifikasi maupun extensifikasi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan daerah, demikian juga Pemerintah Daerah agar terus mengupayakan untuk bisa menarik Dana Alokasi Umum semaksimal mungkin. Kata kunci : Dana Alokasi Umum, Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Belanja Daerah. ABSTRAK BAHASA INGGRIS This study aims to analyze the influence of the General Allocation Fund and revenue of the expenditure allocations Central Lampung regency. This research uses, methods of quantitative analysis with multiple regression models. The data used are secondary data get from the Central Statistics Agency Central Lampung Year 2000 - 2013, which formed the General Allocation Fund, Local Revenue and Expenditure District / town in Central Lampung. The results showed General Allocation Fund peneletian positive and significant effect on the direct expenditure. General Allocation Fund positive and significant effect on Indirect Expenses. the original income positive and significant effect on the direct expenditure. the original income and no significant negative effect on Indirect Expenses. Suggestions in this research is to improve allocation of the Local Government area of expenditure is expected to continue to explore the sources of the original income both intensification and extensifikasi to increase local revenues, as well as provincial governments to continue to work for the General Allocation Fund can withdraw as much as possible. Key words: General Allocation Fund, the original income, Expenditure.
