Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

ABSTRAK INDONESIA Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh metode analisis dan unjuk kerja metode analisis Na, K, Mg dan Ca dalam air tua menggunakan Microwave Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometer. Ini diketahui bahwa karakteristik air tua memiliki matriks kompleks. Karakteristik kinerja dari metode ini ditentukan dengan uji larutan standar multielement (Na, K, Mg dan Ca), sampel unspiked. Selektivitas, linearitas, akurasi, presisi, deteksi dan batas kuantifikasi telah dievaluasi. Efek matriks tidak signficant teridentifikasi untuk elemen yang dianalisis. Linearitas ditunjukkan dalam rentang konsentrasi uji untuk semua elemen, dengan r untuk Na, K, Mg dan Ca adalah 0,9987; 0,9955; 0,9994 dan 0,9998. Uji akurasi menunjukkan tidak ada penyimpangan dari nilai benar untuk semua elemen. Presisi dikonfirmasi untuk semua elemen; % RSD Na, K, Mg dan Ca adalah 1,491; 2,702; 2,678; dan 1,923. Batas deteksi dan kuantifikasi bervariasi dari 0,184; 0,070; 0,219 sampai 0,005 mg/L dan 0,613; 0,230; 0,730 sampai 0,017 mg/L. Hasil dari proses validasi menunjukkan bahwa metode yang diusulkan cocok untuk untuk analisis air tua. Kata Kunci : Validasi metode, air tua, Na, K, Mg, Ca, MP-AES ABSTRAK INGGRIS This study was conducted to obtain analysis method and to assessed the validity of the method for Na, K, Mg and Ca analysis in bittern by Microwave Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry. It’s known that bittern characteristic has complex matrix. Therefore assessment of the validity of an anatlytical method for mayor elements, such as : Na, K, Mg and Ca is important. The performance characteristic of the method were established by assay with multielements standard solution (Na, K, Mg and Ca), unspiked samples. Selectivity, linearity, trueness/accuracy, precision, detection and quantification limit were evaluated. Signficant matrix effect were not indentified for the studied elements. Linearity was demonstrated in the concentration range tested for all elements, with r for Na, K, Mg and Ca were 0,9987; 0,9955; 0,9994 and 0,9998. The accuration tests showed there wrere no lack of trueness for all elements. Precision of the method was confirmed for all elements : %RSD of Na, K, Mg and Ca were 1,491; 2,702; 2,678; and 1,923. Limit of detection and quantification of the varied from 0,184; 0,070;,0,219 to 0,005 mg/L and 0,613; 0,230; 0,730 to 0,017 mg/L.
