Abstract
ABSTRAK INDONESIA Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah kebijakan upah minimum mempunyai pengaruh dan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Lampung tahun 2009-2013. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier dan model dinamis kompleks. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel, yaitu gabungan antara data time series (runtut waktu) dan cross section (data tahunan). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan upah minimum berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kesempatan kerja di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Lampung pada tahun 2009-2013. Berdasarkan hasil regresi data panel bahwa metode fixed effect (FEM) lebih sesuai untuk menganalisis model penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Upah, Kesempatan Kerja ABSTRAK INGGRIS This research was conducted to find out whether the minimum wage policies have an influence and significant contributions to the employment opportunities in the regency/city of lampung province during the periode 2009-2013. The analysis used is linear regression analysis and models dynamic complex. This study using data panel, a joint between the time data series (in order of time) and cross section ( data annual ). The results of this research show that the minimum wage policy contributing significantly to employment opportunities in the regency/city of lampung province during the periode 2009-2013. Based on the results panel data regression that fixed effect method (FEM) is more appropriate for analyzing this research model. Keywords: wages, employment
