Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Tujuan utama didirikannya perusahaan adalah untuk memaksimalkan kekayaan pemegang saham dalam bentuk peningkatan nilai saham perusahaan. Dalam usahanya memperoleh keuntungan setiap perusahaan bisa menjalankan banyak strategi investasi, salah satunya adalah merger. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai harga saham Bank CIMB Niaga pasca merger dan pergerakan volume penjualan saham bank tersebut. Hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang melakukan merger mengalami kenaikan harga saham atau berada dalam posisi overvalued dan terjadi peningkatan volume penjualan saham dilihat dari trade volume activity. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode dokumentasi, alat analisis yang digunakan adalah PER, PBV, serta TVA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan harga saham Bank CIMB Niaga pada tahun 2008 dan 2011 berada dalam posisi overvalued sedangkan tahun 2009 berada pada posisi undervalued dilihat dari nilai PER perusahaan. Untuk nilai PBV Bank CIMB Niaga dari tahun 2008 sampai 2012 mengalami overvalued sedangkan untuk tahun 2013 berada dalam posisi undervalued, sedangkan untuk nilai TVA perusahaan mengalami kenaikan dan penurunan dalam volume penjualan dengan rata-rata pertumbuhan 0,17 selama enam tahun terakhir. In his efforts to benefit every company can take many investment strategies, one of which is a merger . This study aims to evaluate the stock price after the merger of Bank CIMB Niaga and the movement of bank stock sales volume. The hypothesis of this study is to merger the company 's stock price increased or are in a position overvalued and an increase in sales volume share of trade volume activity. The data used in this study is secondary data , the data collection methods used in this study is the method of documentation , analysis tool used is PER , PBV , and TVA. The results of this study indicate the share price of Bank CIMB Niaga in 2008 and 2011 are in a position overvalued while in 2009 in the position seen from the PER undervalued companies. PBV of Bank CIMB Niaga from 2008 to 2012 had overvalued while for the year 2013 is in a position undervalued , while for the TVA company experienced increases and decreases in sales volume with an average growth of 0.17 over the last six years.
