ABSTRAK HUBUNGAN ANTARA MOTIVASI MAHASISWA MENJADI ANGGOTA KOPERASI DENGAN KEAKTIFAN BERORGANISASI DALAM KOPERASI MAHASISWA (Studi Pada Anggota Organisasi Dalam Koperasi Mahasiswa Universitas Lampung) Oleh Desti Wulandari Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan apa saja motivasi mahasiswa menjadi anggota Koperasi Mahasiswa dan untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan motivasi mahasiswa dengan keaktifan berorganisasi dalam Koperasi Mahasiswa.Tipe penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 61 mahasiswa sebagai anggota Koperasi Mahasiswa Unila. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji korelasi product moment dan uji chi square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa pengujian hipotesis secara korelasi karena nilai r hitung sebesar 0,49 dan bernilai positif. Nilai koefesien korelasi anatara hubungan motivasi anggota dengan keaktifan berorganisasi sebesar: r ≤ +1 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif anatara hubungan motivasi anggota dengan keaktifan berorganisasi. Sesuai dengan perumusan hipotesis, Karena nilai t-hitung ( 4,33 ) > t-tabel (2,39238) dengan taraf signifikan 99%, maka koefisien korelasinya signifikan yang berarti hipotesis diterima. Berarti Ho ditolak dan Hi diterima yaitu Terdapat hubungan anatara Motivasi mahasiswa menjadi anggota koperasi dengan keaktifan berorganisasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh pada uji χ2 – Chi-squar untuk p-value (0,006) < α (0,01). Dengan demikian hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa motivasi berhubungan signifikan dengan keaktifan berorganisasi dapat diterima. Kata kunci : Motivasi, Keaktifan, Organisasi, Koperasi ABSTRACT Relationship Betwen A Student’s Motivation And Organizing Activity At Student’s Cooperation (Research for organization’s member in Lampung University student’s cooperation) By Desti Wulandari This research is purpose for explained what a motivation of student about being a member of student’s cooperation and to know about relationship betwen a student’s motivation and organizing activity at student’s cooperation. The research’s type who used in this research is quantitative. Sample of this research is amount to 61 student as a member of Unila student’s cooperation. Data collection techniques in this research is using questionnaires and interviews. Hypothesis testing using correlation test of product moment and chi square test based of the research result, known that hypothesis testing correlation because the value of rcount in the amount of 0,49 and had a positive value. The value of the correlation coefficient between relationship of the member's motivation with the organizing activity in amount to r < +1 therefore could be concluded that there is a positive correlation beetwen relationship of the member's motivation with the organizing activity. According to the formulation of hypothesis, because the value of tcount (4,33) > t-list (2,39238) with a significant level of 99%, accordingly significant correlation coefficient means hypothesis is accepted. Means Ho rejected and Hi accepted that there is a relationship between student motivation become members of the cooperation with the organizing activity. The value of the reasearch obtained at χ2 – Chi-squar test for p-value (0,006) < α (0,01). Thus the hypothesis stated that motivation related significantly to organizing activity could accepted.
