Abstract

B.INGGRIS Coordination between the traffic police, the Department of transportation, Civil Service Police Unit in traffic arrangement in the city of Bandar Lampung based because of the congestion and high number of traffic offenses in the city of Bandar Lampung. The high volume vehicles per day, and indeed many are not counterbalanced by a factor of the streets. Another factors are the cause of congestion is still a large number of public transit is up the routes that remain in operation and the increasing use of private vehicles. The purpose of this research is to know the coordination among Traffic Police, Department of Transportation, and Civil Service Police Unit in traffic arrangement in the city of Bandar Lampung. The methods used in the writing of this qualitative method is supported by an analysis of the in-depth interviews with a wide range of informants. Tekhnik the collection of data used data is data the primary and secondary. Tekhnik analysis of data used is the reduction of data, presentation of data, and verification and conclusions. Based on the results of the study can be expressed that coordination between Traffic Police, Department of Transportation, and Civil Service Police Unit in traffic arrangement in the city of Bandar Lampung have not been fullest. Seen from 5 (five) indicators coordination has yet to be carried out by third parties in performing the traffic arrangements in the city of Bandar Lampung. This is apparent from the coordination element of consciousness the importance of coordination, an agreement and a commitment in doing coordination and continuity planning has not been able to walk up in the setting of traffic in the city of Bandar Lampung. B.INDONESIA Koordinasi antara Polisi Lalu Lintas, Dinas Perhubungan, dan Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja dalam pengaturan lalu lintas di Kota Bandar Lampung didasarkan karena kemacetan dan masih tingginya angka pelanggaran lalu lintas di Kota Bandar Lampung. Tingginya volume kendaraan setiap hari memang banyak, dan tidak diimbangi dengan faktor jalan. Faktor lainnya penyebab kemacetan yaitu masih banyaknya angkutan umum yang sudah habis masa trayek yang tetap beroperasi dan bertambahnya penggunaan kendaraan pribadi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui koordinasi antara Polisi Lalu Lintas, Dinas Perhubungan, dan Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja dalam pengaturan lalu lintas di Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan didukung oleh analisis wawancara mendalam dengan berbagai macam informan. Tekhnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Tekhnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi dan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dikemukakan bahwa koordinasi antara Polisi Lalu Lintas, Dinas Perhubungan, dan Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja dalam pengaturan lalu lintas di Kota Bandar Lampung belum maksimal. Dilihat dari 5 (lima) indikator koordinasi yang belum bisa dilakukan oleh ketiga belah pihak dalam melakukan pengaturan lalu lintas di Kota Bandar Lampung. Hal ini terlihat dari elemen koordinasi yaitu tentang kesadaran pentingnya koordinasi, kesepakatan dan komitmen dalam melakukan koordinasi dan kontinuitas perencanaan belum dapat berjalan maksimal dalam pengaturan lalu lintas di Kota Bandar Lampung.
