Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
abstrak indonesia Pendidikan merupakan cara untuk mencerdaskan bangsa yang di atur dalam pembukaan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 alinea ke-4 serta ingin mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional. Pendirian sekolah swasta segala kebutuhan operasional pendidikan sekolah itu ditanggung yayasan dan sebagai timbal balik yayasan mewajibkan siswa membayar donasi pendidikan yang telah ditentukan. Persoalan dana pendidikan bagi stakeholder sekolah swasta berkategori besar dan mapan tentu tidak lagi menjadi masalah. Permasalahan penelitian adalah Bagaimana pelaksanaan pemberian izin mendirikan sekolah swasta di Kota Bandar Lampung dan apakah faktor yang menjadi penghambat dalam pelaksanaan pemberian izin mendirikan sekolah swasta di Kota Bandar Lampung. Analisis data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Pengertian deskriptif kualitatif adalah tata cara penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif yaitu apa yang dinyatakan oleh responden secara tertulis atau lisan dan perilaku yang nyata. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa untuk memberikan pelayanan pendidikan bagi anak usia dini melalui satuan pendidikan sekolah swasta, penyelenggara pendidikan (sekolah swasta) harus memenuhi beberapa ketentuan yang berlaku. Salah satunya dengan mempunyai izin operasional penyelenggaraan sekolah swasta. Pada pendirian sekolah swasta segala kebutuhan operasional pendidikan sekolah itu ditanggung yayasan dan sebagai timbal balik yayasan mewajibkan siswa membayar donasi pendidikan yang telah ditentukan. Faktor yang menjadi penghambat dalam pelaksanaan pemberian izin mendirikan sekolah swasta di Kota Bandar Lampung adalah lamanya pengurusan surat-surat izin yang harus diurus oleh pihak yayasan dalam memenui persyaratan dalam proses pendirian sekolah swasta. Saran dalam penelitian ini 1) Ada baiknya Dinas Pendidikan memberikan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) kepada yayasan yang ingin mendirikan sekolah swasta . 2) Sebaiknya dibentuk koordinasi yang baik antara pihak yayasan dan dinas perizinan dan Instansi yang terkait untuk melakukan pengawasan yang abstract inggris Education is a way to educate the nation that is set in the opening Act of 1945 4th paragraph and want to achieve national education goals. On the establishment of private schools all operational needs of school education was borne as a foundation and a foundation of reciprocity requires that students pay a predetermined educational donations. Factors that become an obstacle in the implementation of the provision permits a private school in Bandar Lampung is the length of the documents, permissions must be taken care by the foundation in establishment requirements in the process of establishment of private schools. Suggestions in this study 1). It is better to give Education Department Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to the foundation seeking to establish private schools 2). You should set up a good coordination between the foundation and the licensing department and related agencies to conduct surveillance and comprising teams to locations that have been determined in particular on the establishment of private schools.
