Abstrak

Peningkatan aktivitas transportasi di pusat Kota Bandar Lampung akan menyebabkan terjadinya peningkatan beban emisi kendaraan, hal ini akan berdampak buruk pada manusia dan lingkungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat model hubungan antara emisi gas buang kendaraan berbahan bakar solar dengan faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi banyaknya emisi gas buang yang dihasilkan serta menghitung besarnya emisi gas buang yang dihasilkan dari aktivitas transportasi di pusat Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian dilakukan pada tiga ruas jalan utama di pusat Kota Bandar Lampung yaitu Jalan Raden Intan, Jalan Jenderal Ahmand Yani dan Jalan R.A. Kartini. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada 300 orang responden. Selain itu juga dilakukan survei volume kendaraan berbahan bakar solar, data hasil survei nantinya akan digunakan untuk menghitung besarnya emisi buang gas yang terjadi pada tiga ruas jalan tersebut. Berdasarkan pengolahan data dengan SPSS 16 didapat persamaan regresi linier sebagai berikut : Y = 13,903 + 20,866 X1 + 267,310 X2 + 0,314 X3. Model emisi yang dihasilkan memiliki nilai R Square sebesar 0,672. Hal ini berarti 67,2% emisi gas buang kendaraan berbahan bakar solar dipengaruhi oleh variabel umur kendaraan (X1), perawatan kendaraan (X2) dan kapasitas mesin kendaraan (X3) sedangkan sisanya sebesar 32,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar ketiga variabel tersebut. Kata kunci : emisi gas buang, kendaraan berbahan bakar solar Bahasa Inggris : Increased transport activity in the center of Bandar Lampung will lead to increase in the burden of emission vehicles, this will have a negative impact on humans and the enviroment. The purpose of this study is to create a model of relationship between the exhaust emissions of diesel vehicles with factors - factors that affect the amount of the resulting exhaust emission and to calculate the amount of exhaust emissions resulting from transportation activities in the center of Bandar Lampung. The study was conducted in the three main roads in the center of Bandar Lampung namely Raden Intan street, Jenderal Ahmad Yani Street and R.A. Kartini street. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 300 respondents. It also conducted a survey volume of diesel vehicles, survey data will be used to calculate the amount of exhaust gas emissions that occur in the three streets. Based on data processing with SPSS 16 obtained the following linear regression equation: Y = 13,903 + 20,866 X1 + 267,310 X2 + 0,314 X3. The resulting emission model has a value of R Square of 0,672. This means that 67,2% of vehicle exhaust emissions of diesel-fueled vehicles are affected by vehicle age (X1), vehicle maintenance (X2) and engine capacity of the vehicle (X3) while the remaining 32,8% is influenced by other variables outside these three variables.
