Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Pemberitaan di berbagai media massa dan media elektronik yang menunjukkan bahwa seseorang melakukan tindak kriminal yang diantaranya yaitu pencurian dengan berbagai jenisnya tersebut dikarenakan kebutuhan ekonomi yang tidak tercukupi. Seperti halnya pencurian sepeda motor dengan kekerasan sebagaimana yang telah terjadi di kabupaten Way Kanan. Berdasarkan hal-hal yang tersebut diatas, maka rumusan masalah yang timbul adalah apa saja faktor penyebab terjadinya tindak pidana pencurian sepeda motor dengan kekerasan khususnya di wilayah kecamatan Pakuan Ratu kabupaten Way Kanan, bagaimana upaya polri dalam menanggulangi tindak pidana pencurian sepeda motor dengan kekerasan khususnya di wilayah kecamatan Pakuan Ratu kabupaten Way Kanan, dan faktor–faktor apa yang menghambat polri dalam upaya penanggulangan tindak pidana pencurian sepeda motor dengan kekerasan di wilayah kecamatan Pakuan Ratu kabupaten Way Kanan. Penelitian ini penulis lakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis empiris adalah pendekatan yang dilakukan dengan mempelajari kenyataan yang ada dilapangan guna mendapatkan data dan informasi yang dapat dipercaya kebenarannya mengenai upaya Polri dalam penanggulangan tindak pidana pencurian sepeda motor dengan kekerasan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, penyebab tindak pidana pencurian sepeda motor dengan kekerasan berdasarkan teori psiokogenis adalah intelegensi dan kemerosotan moral, berdasarkan teori sosiologis adalah lingkungan pergaulan dan pendidikan. berdasarkan teori subkultur adalah lingkungan tempat tinggal, lingkungan tempat terjadinya perkara, faktor ekonomi, dan faktor korban itu sendiri. Upaya yang dilakukan Kepolisian Sektor Pakuan Ratu dalam menanggulangi tindak pidana pencurian sepeda motor dengan kekerasan lebih memperhatikan pada upaya preventif. Faktor penghambat Kepolisian Sektor Pakuan Ratu dalam upaya penanggulangan tindak pidana pencurian sepeda motor dengan kekerasan dikarenakan faktor masyarakat,faktor penegak hukum, faktor sarana atau fasilitas jalanan yang rusak. Saran penulis perlu sosialisasi akan pentingnya suatu pendidikan yang dapat membentuk moral dan psikis seseorang, pembangunan infrastruktur jalan, masyarakat diharapkan untuk mematuhi himbauan, pemutusan mata rantai kejahatan tindak pidana pencurian sepeda motor dengan kekerasan sangat diperlukan, penambahan anggota Kepolisian Sektor Pakuan Ratu juga dibutuhkan. Kata kunci :Upaya, PenanggulanganPolri, PencurianKekerasan ABSTRACT Reports in various mass media and electronic media which shows that a person committing a crime like theft in various kinds is due to unfulfilled economic necessities . For instance, motorcycle theft with violence as had happened in Way Kanan district . Based on the things mentioned above , the formulation of the problem that arises is anything causes the crime of motorcycle theft with violence especially in Pakuan Ratu sub-district Way kanan district, how the efforts of the police in tackling the crime of motorcycle theft with violence especially in the area of Pakuan Ratu sub-district Way kanan district, and the factors that inhibit the prevention of the police in the crime of motorcycle theft with violence in the area of PakuanRatu sub-district Way kanan district. This research was done by the authors by using empirical juridical approach that the approach taken by learning the fact in the field in order to obtain the credible data and information regarding the efforts of the police in tackling the crime of motorcycle theft with violence. Based on the results of research and discussion , the cause of the crime of motorcycle theft with violence based on psycogenese theory is intelligence and moral decline , based on the sociological theory is the social environment and education, based on subculture theory is the neighborhood, the neighborhood where the case happens , economic factors , and factors ofthe victims themselves. The effortsdone by the police sector of Pakuan Ratu in tackling the crime of motorcycle theft are more attention on violence prevention efforts. Inhibiting factors for the police sector of Pakuan Ratu in the prevention of the crime of motorcycle theft with violence are due to factors of society , law enforcement factors , means factors or damaged roads facilities . The suggestions of authors are it is need to socialize the importance of an education that can shape a person's moral and psychological,the construction of road infrastructure, the society is expected to comply with the appeals, the termination ofthe chain ofthe crime of motorcycle theft with violence is necessary, additional members of the police sector of Pakuan Ratu is also required. .
