Abstract

B.Inggris : This research is held based on the problem relating to the amount of grant, that was allocated for Central Lampung district, within period of 2001-2012. he purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of fiscal decentralization of grant components include sharing grant (DBH), general alocation grant (DAU), and special allocation grant (DAK) for Central Lampung growth economic. The data used in this study is a secondary data from the period 2001-2012. Estimation teqnique to analyze the effect of fiscal decentralization on economic growth in central Lampung district , using the method of ordinary least squares ( OLS ). The analytical tool used eviews 6. The analysis showed that the variables DBH , and DAU give positive effect on Central Lampung economic growth in the period 2001-2012. Keywords: Fiscal Decentralization, DBH, DAU, DAK and Economic Growth. B.Indonesia : Penelitian ini berangkat dari permasalahan besarnya dana perimbangan yang diperoleh kabupaten lampung tengah dalam rentang waktu 2001-2012. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh desentralisasi fiskal yang berupa dana transfer ke daerah yang terdiri dari DBH, DAU dan DAK terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kabupaten lampung tengah. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dari periode 2001-2012. Teknis estimasi untuk menganalisis pengaruh desentralisasi fiskal terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kabupaten lampung tengah, menggunakan metode ordinary least square (ols). Alat analisis yang digunakan eviews 6. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel DBH, dan DAU berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi lampung tengah pada periode 2001-2012. Kata Kunci : Desentralisasi Fiskal, DBH, DAU, DAK, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi
