Abstract

B.Indonesia : Pembangunan ekonomi pada dasarnya adalah proses pengembangan ekonomi potensial menjadi sebuah kekuatan ekonomi yang terspesialisasi melalui berbagai kegiatan salah satunya adalah perbaikan struktur ekonomi. Transformasi masyarakat tradisional ke masyarakat maju ditandai dengan pergeserannya kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat dari sektor primer ke sektor sekunder dan tersier. Dari data PDRB ADHK tahun 2002 - 2011 pada Kota Bandar Lampung dan Kota Metro terlihat bahwa kontribusi sektor pertanian primer semakin menurun. Penelitian ini akan mengamati perbedaan arah pembentuk struktur ekonomi pada dua kota tersebut dan melihat perbedaan kinerja persektornya. Untuk itu digunakan analisis shift-share, indeks divergensi regional Krugman dan analisis Location Quotient (LQ). Dilihat dari analisis shift-share dan indeks divergensi regional Krugman bahwa struktur perekonomian Kota Bandar Lampung dan Kota Metro adalah sama, yaitu diperlihatkan dengan kegiatan perekonomian didominasi oleh sektor-sektor tersier. Sedangkan pada analisis LQ didapat bahwa sektor terbasis pada Kota Bandar Lampung adalah sektor pengangkutan & komunikasi, sedangkan pada Kota Metro adalah sektor Jasa-jasa. Kata Kunci: struktur perekonomian, PDRB, sektor ekonomi, shift-share, Indeks divergensi regional Krugman, location quotient B.Inggris : Economic development is basically the process of economic development potential into a specialized economic power through various activities,one of which is the improvement of the economic structure. Transformation of traditional society to a modern society characterized by a shift of economic activities from the primary sector to the secondary and tertiary sectors. GDP data from years 2002 – 2011 in Bandar Lampung city and Metro city seen that the contribution of the primary sector has declined. This study will observe differences in the economic structure towards forming the two cities and see the differences in the performance of each sector. It is used to shift-share analysis, regional divergence Krugman index and location quotient analysis (LQ).Seen from the shift-share analysis and regional divergence Krugman index that the economic structure of the Bandar Lampung city and Metro city is the same, is shown in economic activity is dominated by the tertiary sector. Whereas the LQ analysis found that most sectors of Bandar Lampung city is base on the transport and communication sector, whereas in the Metro city is the service sector.
