Abstract

This research aims to find demand for beef and structure of the beef trade business market. The analytical method used is multiple linier regression with variables, price of beef, price of other goods, and consumer tastes. The result show that beef price, prices of other goods and consumer tastes have a positive and significant effect on demand for beef in the city of Bandar Lampung. The market structure of beef trading business is classified into a monopolistic market. Keywords : Elasticity, Monopolistic, Demand Beef Trade, Market Structure Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat bagimana permintaan daging sapi dan struktur pasar usaha perdagangan daging sapi. Metode analisis yang digunakan regresi linier berganda dengan variabel harga daging sapi, harga barang lain, dan selera konsumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga daging sapi, harga barang lain dan selera konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan daging sapi di Kota Bandar Lampung. Struktur pasar usaha perdagangan daging sapi tergolong kedalam pasar monopolistik. Kata Kunci : Elastisitas, Monopolistik, Permintaan Daging Sapi, Struktur Pasar.
