Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jumlah wisatawan, jumlah hotel, dan tingkat hunian kamar terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang didapat melalui Badan Pusat Statistik Indonesia, Badan Pusat Statistik Lampung dan Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Lampung. Data yang digunakan adalah data time series. Model penelitian menggunakan regresi berganda dan diestimasinya dengan Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas jumlah wisatawan dan jumlah hotel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% sedangkan tingkat hunian kamar, mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan tingkat kepercayaan 90% terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Lampung. Saran yang diajukanberdasarkan hasil penelitian adalah pemerintah dapat terus melakukan perbaikan kualitas seperti sumber daya manusia (pekerja hotel) dan tujuan wisata, serta perbaikan akses menuju lokasi wisata ditambah dengan promosi, sehingga kebijakan-kebijakan tersebut mampu untuk menyerap tenaga kerja di Provinsi Lampung, khususnya dalam sektor perhotelan. Kata Kunci: Jumlah Hotel, Jumlah Wisatawan, Tenaga Kerja, dan Tingkat Hunian Kamar This study aims to analyze the effect of the number of tourists, the number of hotels, and the occupancy rate of the room on employment absorption in Lampung Province. This study uses secondary data obtained through the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics, Lampung Central Bureau of Statistics and the Lampung Province Tourism and Culture Office. The data used is time series data. The research model uses multiple regression and is estimated by Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The results show that the independent variables of the number of tourists and the number of hotels have a positive and significant effect on the trust level of 95% while the occupancy rate of the rooms has a positive and significant influence with a 90% confidence level in employment absorption in Lampung Province. Suggestions submitted based on the results of research are that the government can continue to improve quality such as human resources (hotel workers) and tourist destinations, as well as improving access to tourist sites coupled with promotions, so that these policies are able to absorb workers in Lampung Province, especially in the hospitality sector.
