The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the land purchase decision in Bandar Lampung, case study of Villa Citra Housing. This study uses cross section data with primary data based on questionnaires. The sampling technique uses the Slovin test. To analyze these factors, OLS method is used with independent variables such as income, location, accessibility, facilities and the dependent variable such as land purchase decision which is a proxy of land sale value. To obtain data for the independent and dependent variables using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Slovin test results show that the number of samples was 280. The results of OLS regression analysis indicated that location and accessibility variables had a positive effect on the land purchase decision in Villa Citra housing. While the income and facilities variables had a positive but not significant effect on the land purchase decision in Villa Citra housing. This study concluded that a strategic location and ease of access were the main factor that increases the land purchase decision and facilities need to be increased to encourage the demand of land. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian tanah di Kota Bandar Lampung, studi kasus Perumahan Villa Citra. Penelitian ini menggunakan data cross section dengan data primer berdasarkan kuisioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan uji slovin. Untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor tersebut digunakan metode OLS dengan variabel independen yaitu pendapatan, lokasi, aksesibilitas, fasilitas dan variabel dependen yaitu keputusan pembelian tanah yang merupakan proksi dari harga tanah. Untuk memperoleh data dari variabel independen dan dependen tersebut menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala likert. Hasil uji slovin menunjukkan bahwa jumlah sampel adalah 280. Hasil analisis regresi OLS menunjukkan bahwa variabel lokasi dan aksesibilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian tanah di perumahan Villa Citra. Sedangkan variabel pendapatan dan fasilitas berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian tanah di perumahan Villa Citra. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa lokasi yang strategis, kemudahan akses merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian tanah dan fasilitas perlu ditingkatkan untuk mendorong permintaan jual tanah.
