Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of the growth of hotels and restaurants, the number of tourism objects and the number of tourists in Pesawaran District, South Lampung Regency, West Lampung Regency, Tanggamus Regency and Bandar Lampung City on employment. This study uses secondary data obtained directly from the Central Statistics Agency of Lampung Province and the Lampung Province Tourism Office and uses panel data analysis analysis tools. The results showed that the number of hotels and restaurants had a positive and significant effect on employment in the tourism industry sector. The number of tourism objects has a positive and significant effect on employment in the tourism industry sector. The number of tourists has a positive and significant effect on employment in the tourism industry sector. The number of tourism and restaurants, the number of tourism objects and the number of tourists have a positive and significant effect on employment in the tourism industry sector.
