This study aims to identify which factors affect the human development index (HDI) in Lampung Province using the Spatial Panel fixed Method. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Lampung Province Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in the form of panel data, which is a combination of time series data for the period 2010-2016 and latitude (cross section) of 15 districts/cities in Lampung Province. The results show that two factors affect the human development index which are the average length of school and Percentage of Poverty. Keywords: Human Development Index (HDI), Spatial Panel fixed Effect Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi indeks pembangunan manusia (IPM) di Provinsi Lampung dengan pendekatan ekonometrika menggunakan Spatial Panel fixed Effect. Data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Lampung dalam bentuk data panel yaitu penggabungan data deret waktu (time series) periode 2010-2016 dan deret lintang (cross section) sebanyak 15 Kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Lampung. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan 2 faktor yang mempengaruhi indeks pembangunan manusia dengan model Spatial Panel fixed Effect yaitu variabel ( rata-rata lama sekolah) dan (Presentase Kemiskinan).
