Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Evaluasi Kinerja Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Daerah (EKPPD) dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 6 Tahun 2008 merupakan suatu proses pengumpulan dan analisis data secara sistematis terhadap kinerja penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah dengan menggunakan sistem pengukuran kinerja. EKPPD ini dilaksanakan secara terukur, dengan melibatkan beberapa Kementerian/LPNK terhadap Provinsi, Kabupaten dan Kota untuk mengukur kinerja penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Aparat Pengawasan Intern Pemerintah (APIP) selaku auditor internal pemerintah memiliki tugas melakukan pembinaan dan pengawasan dalam penyeleggaraan pemerintah daerah. Sejalan dengan reformasi birokrasi yang bergulir saat ini, perkembangan jasa yang diharapkan dapat diberikan oleh APIP sebagai auditor internal pemerintah mengalami peningkatan yang luar biasa. Peran sebagai watch dog yang selama ini menjadi ciri khas unit pengawasan internal telah mengalami pergeseran dan perluasan menjadi konsultan dan katalis bagi organisasi sektor publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari bukti empirik sejauh mana pengaruh APIP yaitu tingkat kapabilitas APIP, jumlah APIP dan anggaran belanja langsung APIP terhadap Kinerja Penyelenggaraan Pemerintah Daerah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak mendukung hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa tingkat kapabilitas APIP dan Jumlah APIP pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah, sedangkan hasil penelitian ini mendukung hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa Anggaran Belanja Langsung APIP berpengaruh positif terhadap terhadap kinerja penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah. Kata kunci: EKPPD, Kapabilitas APIP, APIP, Anggaran Belanja Langsung Performance Evaluation of Local Government Administration (EKPPD) in Government Regulation Number 6 of 2008 is a systematic process of collecting and analyzing data on the performance of regional government by using a performance measurement system. The EKPPD was carried out measurably, involving several Ministries / LPNKs of Provinces, Regencies, and Cities to measure the performance of government administration. The Government Internal Oversight Apparatus (APIP) as the internal auditor of the government has the task of providing guidance and supervision in the management of local government. In line with the current bureaucratic reforms, the development of services that are expected to be provided by APIP as a government internal auditor has increased tremendously. The role as a watch dog that has been a hallmark of the internal control unit has experienced a shift and expansion into a consultant and catalyst for public sector organizations. This study aims to find empirical evidence of the extent of the influence of APIP, namely the capability of APIP, the number of APIP and the APIP direct expenditure budget on the Performance of Local Government Operations. The results of this study indicate that it does not support the hypothesis that the level of APIP capability and the number of APIP has a positive influence on the performance of local government administration, while the results of this study support the hypothesis that APIP Direct Expenditure Budget has a positive effect on the performance of local government administration.
