Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Kawasan kumuh perkotaan menjadi satu permasalahan yang perlu untuk diatasi melalui pembangunan wilayah. Pembangunan suatu wilayah bukan hanya melakukan program pembangunan yang bergerak dibidang pembangunan fisik tetapi juga harus bergerak dibidang pembangunan non fisik atau sosial. Sebagai langkah mewujudkan sasaran RPJMN 2015-2019, Direktorat Jenderal Cipta Karya menginisiasi pembangunan platform kolaborasi melalui Program Kota Tanpa Kumuh (KOTAKU) dengan pemerintah Kota Bandar Lampung sebagai nahkoda dalam penanganan permukiman kumuh dan menyiapkan masyarakat sebagai subyek pembangunan melalui revitalisasi peran Badan Keswadayaan Masyarakat (BKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui partisipasi dalam pelaksanan program KOTAKU di Kelurahan Sawah Lama. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif Program KOTAKU menjadikan masyarakat sebagai subyek pelaksanaan, dalam hal ini masyarakat Kelurahan Sawah Lama belum mampu berpartisipasi baik partisipasi secara fisik dan non fisik dengan penuh karena kurangnya sumberdaya masyarakat serta kemauan masyarakat untuk berbubah kearah yang lebih baik. Kata kunci : Partisipasi Fisik Dan Partisipasi Non Fisik, Revitalisasi Urban slum areas are one problem that needs to be addressed through regional development. The development of a region is not only carrying out a development program that is engaged in physical development but also must move in the field of non-physical or social development. As a step towards realizing the 2015-2019 RPJMN target, the Directorate General of Human Settlements initiated the development of a collaboration platform through the No Slum City Program (KOTAKU) with the Bandar Lampung city government as a captain in handling slums and preparing the community as development subjects through revitalizing the role of Community Self-Sufficiency Board ) This study aims to determine participation in the implementation of the KOTAKU program in Sawah Lama Village. This study uses a descriptive type of research with the qualitative approach of the KOTAKU Program which makes the community the subject of implementation, in this case the community of Sawah Lama Village has not been able to fully participate both physically and non- physically due to lack of community resources and the willingness to change towards a better direction.
