Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan, perbandingan pendapatan, dan efisiensi pemasaran padi organik dan anorganik di Kabupaten Pringsewu. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei dilaksanakan di Desa Fajaresuk Kabupaten Pringsewu yang ditentukan secara sengaja (purposive). Pengambilan data penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2017 hingga September 2017. Sampel pada penelitian terdiri dari 14 petani padi organik dan 25 petani padi anorganik, serta 15 responden pemasaran. Responden pemasaran terdiri dari 1 Kelompok Tani Sejahtera, 9 pedagang pengumpul dan 5 pedagang penggiling yang dilakukan dengan metode snowball. Analisis data menggunakan analisis pendapatan, uji beda pendapatan dan pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan usahatani padi organik lebih besar dibandingkan dengan pendapatan usahatani padi anorganik, terdapat perbedaan pendapatan yang signifikan antara pendapatan petani padi organik dibandingkan pendapatan usahatani padi anorganik dan pemasaran padi organik lebih efisien dibandingkan pemasaran padi anorganik. Kata kunci : padi anorganik, padi organik, pemasaran, pendapatan ANALYSIS OF INCOME AND MARKET SYSTEM OF ORGANIC AND INORGANIC RICE IN PRINGSEWU DISTRICT This research aims to analyze income, comparison of income, and marketing effeciency of organic and inorganic rice farming in Pringsewu District. This research is conducted in Fajaresuk Village, Pringsewu Subdistrict, Pringsewu District using survey method and location were proposively at determind. The data was collected from August to September 2017. The samples of the research are 14 organic rice farmers, 25 inorganic rice farmers, and 15 marketing respondents. Market respondent consist of : 1 Sejahtera Farmer Group, 9 collectors and 5 millers wich is conducted by snowball method. Data is analyzed by income, different test of income, and marketing analysis. The result of study showes that organic rice farming income bigger than inorganic rice farming income, there is significant difference in rice farm income betwen organic and inorganic rice farming, the marketing of organic rice more efficient than inorganic rice.
