This research aims to determine the effect of Intellectual Capital consisting of Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) and Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) on the Profitability of Small Cap Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study population was small cap companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2013-2017 which amounted to 570 companies. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique. Based on simple random sampling technique, a sample of 70 companies has been obtained. The type of data used is secondary data taken by the documentation method by taking financial report data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by accessing the site idx.co.id. The results showed that partially Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), and Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) both had a positive and significant effect on Company Profitability. Simultaneously the three variablel free VAIC TM (VACA, VAHU and STVA) show that there is a positive and significant influence on the profitability of the company. Keywords: Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) and Structural Capital Value Added (STVA), Company Profitability Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Intellectual Capital yang terdiri atas Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) dan Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) terhadap Profitabilitas Perusahaan Small Cap yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan small cap yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2013-2017 yang berjumlah 570 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik simple random sampling. Berdasarkan teknik simple random sampling telah diperoleh sampel sejumlah 70 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diambil dengan metode dokumentasi dengan cara pengambilan data laporan keuangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan mengakses situs idx.co.id. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), dan Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) sama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas Perusahan. Secara simultan ketiga variablel bebas VAICTM (VACA, VAHU dan STVA) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan.
