Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis usaha, nilai tambah dan kesempatan kerja pada agroindustri tempe di Kota Bandar Lampung. Lokasi penelitian di tiga sentra industri tempe yakni Gunung Sulah, Sawah Brebes, dan Kedamaian.Responden merupakan 60 pengrajin tempe dipilih secara acak sederhana. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis finansial dan analisis nilai tambah. Rata-rata pendapatan di atas biaya tunai industri tempe sebesar Rp9,45 juta/bulan. Rata-rata pendapatan di atas biaya total sebesar Rp5,62 juta/bulan. Rata-rata biaya pokok industri tempe sebesar Rp8.452 per kg tempe. Rata-rata nilai tambah industri tempe sebesar Rp4.117 per kg kedelai dan selang kepercayaannya (95%) yaitu Rp3.001-5.233/kg kedelai. Industri tempe dapat menyerap tenaga kerja sebesar 186 orang. Kata kunci : agroindustri tempe, analisis usaha, kesempatan kerja, nilai tambah. The objectives of this study are to analyze the business, the added-value and employment of the tempeh agroindustry in Bandar Lampung. The location of this study is in the three production centers, i.e. Gunung Sulah, Sawah Brebes, and Kedamaian. Respondents were 60 randomly chosen tempeh home industry owners. The data were analyzed by the financial analysis and the added-value analysis. The average net revenue over its cash cost was Rp9.45 million/month. The average net revenue over its total cost was Rp5.62 million/month. The average standard cost was Rp8,452/kg tempeh. The average added-value was Rp4,117/kg soybeans and its 95 percent confidence interval was Rp3,001- 5,233/kg soybeans. In the three tempeh production center, the number of people employed was 186.
