Pengaruh komunikasi identik dengan proses komunikasi, karena pengaruh komunikasi merupakan bagian dari proses komunikasi. Proses komunikasi merupakan rangkaian dari aktivitas menyampaikan pesan sehingga diperoleh feedback dari penerima pesan. Proses komunikasi akan menimbulkan pengaruh komunikasi. Faktor komunikasi memberikan respon yang sangat positif bagi perkembangan proses belajar mengajar. Komunikasi yang baik antara guru dan siswa akan menciptakan proses belajar mengajar yang efektif. Perkataan yang terucap oleh guru dalam mengajar mempunyai pesan yang sangat penting, bahkan jika siswanya adalah anak-anak usia dini. Salah satunya yaitu krebilitas guru yang dibangun dalam mempengaruhi perilaku belajar siswa PAUD yang digunakan juga oleh PAUD Tunas Permata. Berdasarkan dari latar belakang tersebut, maka diperoleh rumusan masalah penelitian yaitu “Seberapa besar pengaruh kredibilitas guru terhadap perilaku belajar siswa di PAUD Tunas Permata”. Tujuan dari penelitian berdasarkan pada rumusan masalah tersebut yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kredibilitas guru terhadap perilaku belajar siswa di PAUD Tunas Permata. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori SOR (Stimulus-Organism-Respon) dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan tipe penelitian survey. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable bebas (X) dengan thitung (8,006>2,011) pada taraf signifikan 5% dan DF 48, sehingga hasil pengujian hipotesis memutuskan untuk menerima H1 dan menolak Ho dengan kata lain ada pengaruh kredibilitas guru terhadap perilaku belajar siswa di PAUD Tunas Permata. Kata Kunci : Kredibilitas Guru, Perilaku Belajar Siswa, Teori SOR because the influence of communication is part of the communication process. The communication process is a series of activities conveying messages so that feedback from the recipient of the message is obtained. The communication process will cause the influence of communication. Communication factors provide a very positive response to the development of the teaching and learning process. Good communication between teachers and students will create an effective teaching and learning process. The words spoken by the teacher in teaching have a very important message, even if their students are early childhood. One of them is teacher flexibility created in influencing the learning behavior of PAUD students used also by PAUD Tunas Permata. Based on the background, the research problem formulation is obtained, namely,“Seberapa besar pengaruh kredibilitas guru terhadap perilaku belajar siswa di PAUD Tunas Permata”. The purpose of the study is based on the formulation of the problem, namely to find out how much influence the credibility of the teacher on student learning behavior in PAUD Tunas Permata. The theory used is the theory of SOR (Stimulus-Organism-Response) with quantitative research methods with the type of survey research. The data analysis technique used in this study is linear regression. The results showed that the independent variable (X) with tcount (8,006> 2,011) at a significant level of 5% and DF 48, so the results of hypothesis testing decided to accept H1 and reject Ho in other words there was an influence of teacher credibility on students' learning behavior at PAUD Tunas Permata.
