Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Pada kelompok adat Lampung Saibatin ada berbagai kalangan masyarakat salah satu contohnya adalah Remaja. Sebuah perkumpulan tidak hanya melibatkan dua orang untuk berkomunikasi, melainkan lebih dari dua orang sehingga membentuk sebuah pola dan komunikasi yang terjadi pada masyarakat etnik Lampung Saibatin tersebut. Tujuan dari adanya penelitian ini sendiri yaitu untuk mengetahui, menemukan bagaimana bentuk pola komunikasi dan strategi masyarakat etnik lampung saibatin, dalam mempertahankan identitas etninya. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan tipe penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Informan penelitian ini berjumlah lima (5) orang yang merupakan tokoh dan masyarakat etnik Lampung Saibatin. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Identitas Sosial dan Teori Humas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi yang terjadi dalam mempertahankan identitas etniknya berbentuk: (1) Bintang dan Strategi Komunikasi: Kata kunci: Adat Saibatin, Mempertahankan Identitas Etnik, Pola dan Strategi Komunikasi. In the Lampung custom group Saibatin there are various circles of society, one example of which is adolescence. An association does not only involve two people to communicate, but more than two people to form a pattern and communication that occurs in the Saibatin Lampung ethnic community. The purpose of this research itself is to find out, find out the form of communication and strategy patterns of the Lampung saibatin ethnic community, in maintaining their ethnic identity. In this study, researchers used a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The informants of this study were five (5) people who were prominent figures and Saibatin ethnic ethnic communities. The theory used in this study is the Social Identity Theory and the Theory of Public Relations. The results of this study indicate that the communication patterns that occur in maintaining ethnic identity are in the form of: (1) Stars and Communication Strategies: Keywords: Saibatin Adat, Maintaining Ethnic Identity, Pattern and Communication Strategy.
