Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aset tidak berwujud kinerja keuangan, dan laporan yang berkesinambungan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diambil dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id) . Jumlah populasi terdiri dari 143 perusahaan, teknik penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sampel penelitian sebanyak 22 perusahaan manufaktur. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa IA dan ROA berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan INDEX SR berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kata Kunci : Aset Tidak Berwujud, Kinerja Keuangan Laporan Yang Berkesinambungsn, Perusahaan Manufaktur. The study aims to determine the effect of intangible asset, financial performance, and sustainability report on the firm value in manufacturing companies listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange. The source of the data used in this study is secondary data taken from official website Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). Population distribution consist of 143 company, the research technique uses purposive sampling technique, the research sample was 22 manufacturing companies. Methods of analysis uses descriptive analysis and multiple liniear regression analysis. The results of the study showe that IA and ROA positive and significant effect on firm value. While the INDEX SR has a significant negative effect on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
