Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kinerja karyawan Bank Tabungan Negara kantor cabang Bandar Lampung di pengaruhi oleh Motivasi dan Kepuasan kerja. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer, dimana teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini berupa kuisoner yang disebar pada 90 karyawan Bank Tabungan Negara kantor cabang Bandar Lampung sebagai responden penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengolahan data SPSS 16.0 untuk menguji validitas data, reliabilitas data, pengujian hipotesis serta analisis regresi berganda terhadap variabel kinerja, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukan variabel motivasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi (R2 ), nilai R square sebesar 0,879, menunjukan 87,9% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel motivasi, sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti di penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja This study aims to determine whether the performance of Bank Tabungan Negara employees at the Bandar Lampung branch office is influenced by Motivation and Job Satisfaction. The data used in the form of primary data, where the data collection technique of this study is in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 90 employees of Bank Tabungan Negara Bandar Lampung branch office as research respondents. This study uses SPSS 16.0 data processing techniques to test data validity, data reliability, hypothesis testing and multiple regression analysis of the variables of performance, motivation and job satisfaction. The results showed that the variables of motivation and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on performance. Based on the test of the coefficient of determination (R2), the R square value is 0.879, showing 87.9% can be explained by the motivation variable, while the rest is explained by other variables not examined in this study.
