PT. Allianz Life Cabang Lampung merupakan perusahaan asuransi yang memasarkan asuransi jiwa produk unit link. Asuransi jiwa produk unit link adalah asuransi jiwa yang memberikan manfaat proteksi jiwa dan berpartisipasi langsung dalam pengelolaan investasi, yang nilai investasi bervariasi sesuai dengan besarnya premi. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini mengenai syarat dan prosedur menjadi tertanggung asuransi jiwa produk unit link dan pelaksanaan perjanjian asuransi jiwa produk unit link. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah normatif empiris dengan tipe deskriptif. Tipe pendekatan masalah adalah normatif terapan. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer yang didapat dari lokasi penelitian dan data sekunder yang terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier yang kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, PT. Allianz Life Cabang Lampung sebagai penanggung, dan masyarakat sebagai tertanggung yang disebut dengan para pihak. Penanggung memberikan syarat dan prosedur yang harus dipenuhi oleh calon tertanggung untuk menjadi tertanggung. Syaratnya harus sehat, harus mengerti, harus memiliki pendapatan, bersedia membayar premi dan bersedia memenuhi ketentuan yang berlaku di dalam polis, serta memenuhi persryaratan administrasi yang telah ditetapkan dan melalui prosedur yang ditetapkan oleh penanggung antara lain tahap pengajuan, tahap seleksi, dan tahap terbitnya polis. Para pihak memiliki hak dan kewajiban yang tertuang dalam polis.Polis dimulai sejak pembayaran premi pertama oleh tertanggung. Sedangkan untuk memperoleh maslahat, tertanggung harus mengajukan klaim yang disertai formulir pengajuan klaim dan dokumen pendukung yang diberikan kepada penanggung melalui agen. Insurers provide requirements and procedures that must be approved by the prospective insured to become the insured. Requirements must be healthy, it must be understood, must have a budget, can be paid premiums and agreed conditions applicable in the policy, as well as fulfilling the administrative requirements that have been determined and through procedures established by the insurer among the supervisors, supervisors and administrators issued policies.
