Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
The establishment of Village-owned enterprises is a way to innovate in increasing village development, especially in the economic field. In fact, many villages are not ready to manage even to develop BUMDes. This study aims to find out how the development strategy carried out by BUMDes Tarahan Berkarya, which has recently been formed and one of the example of a fairly developed BUMDes in managing village wealth assets. This reaserch also aims to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing BUMDes development. The type of this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Then the technique of data collection is done by interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study showed that the development strategy carried out by BUMDes Tarahan Berkarya has been running quite well and in accordance with the vision, mission, and purpose of BUMDes. This can be seen in the process of identifying problems, developing strategies, developing activities, and conducting monitoring and evaluation. Supporting factors for the development of BUMDes Tarahan Berkarya are available natural resources and support from village internal institutions. Inhibiting factors are limited funds in the construction of large projects, lack of tourism promotion, lack of community participation in tourism development, lack of attention from related agencies, and the absence of SOPs. Suggestions from this study are that individual SOPs are needed, the Village Government should immediately form POKDARWIS, it is necessary to have a website or social media to facilitate tourism promotion processes and marketing of handicraft products, increase cooperation with companies around the village, and socialize to village communities.
