Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Permasalahan konsumsi rumah tangga merupakan permasalahan yang kompleks karena menyangkut perilaku seseorang/ kelompok dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Pola konsumsi pangan sangat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai hal. Penelitian ini merupakan studi yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan, dependency ratio, dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap pola konsumsi pangan di Kabupaten Pesawaran Provinsi Lampung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala keluarga di Kabupaten Pesawaran provinsi Lampung yang terbagi dalam 11 Kecamatan, dalam proses mendapatkan sampel penelitian dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 100 kuesioner. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa pendapatan rumah tangga berpengaruh secara positif terhadap pola konsumsi pangan masayarakat di Kabupaten Pesawaran Provinsi Lampung, selain itu varaibel dependency ratio berpengaruh secara positif terhadap pola konsumsi pangan, serta tingkat pendidikan masyarakat di Kabupaten Pesawaran berpengaruh secara positif terhadap pola konsumsi pangan, dengan demikian hipotesis yang menyatakan Diduga tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap pola konsumsi pangan di Kabupaten Pesawaran Provinsi Lampung, diterima. Kata Kunci : Konsumsi Pangan, Pendapatan, Dependency Ratio, Dan Tingkat Pendidikan. The problem of household consumption is a complex problem because it involves the behavior of a person / group in fulfilling their daily needs. The pattern of food consumption is strongly influenced by various things. This study is a study that aims to determine the effect of income, dependency ratio, and education level on food consumption patterns in Pesawaran District, Lampung Province. The population in this study was the head of the family in the Pesawaran District of Lampung province which was divided into 11 subdistricts, in the process of getting a sample of research conducted questionnaires as many as 100 questionnaires. The results of the study prove that household income has a positive effect on the pattern of food consumption of the people in Pesawaran District in Lampung Province, besides that the dependency ratio has a positive effect on food consumption patterns, and the education level of the people in Pesawaran has a positive effect on food consumption patterns, with Thus the hypothesis that Allegedly the level of education positively influences the pattern of food consumption in the Pesawaran District of Lampung Province, is accepted.
