Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas pelaksanaan program bantuan pangan non tunai (BPNT) di Kelurahan Gulak Galik Kecamatan Teluk Betung Utara Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan subyek penelitian yaitu penerima bantuan pangan non tunai (BPNT) di Kelurahan Gulak Galik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 336 kepala keluarga dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak (10%) dari populasi yaitu 34 kepala keluarga. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah angket sebagai teknik pokok sedangkan wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik penunjang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program bantuan pangan non tunai (BPNT) di Kelurahan Gulak Galik Teluk Betung Utara Kota Bandar Lampung tahun berdasarkan persepsi masyarakat penerima manfaat program BPNT sudah berjalan efektif hanya perlu ditingkatkan pada indikator ukuran efektivitas program yang masih termasuk kategori cukup efektif agar program dapat berjalan lebih efektif secara keseluruhan. Dengan persentase sebagai berikut: Ketepatan sasaran program 62% atau 21 responden masuk ke dalam kategori efektif, Sosialisasi program 44% atau 15 responden termasuk ke dalam kategori cukup efektif, tujuan program 79% atau 27 responden ada pada kategori efektif, dan pemantauan program 56% atau 19 responden ada pada kategori cukup efektif. Untuk itu agar lebih ditingkatkan lagi efektivitas pelaksanaan program bantuan pangan non tunai (BPNT) di Kelurahan Gulak Galik dengan seringnya melakukan pembaharuan data penerima manfaat program serta pemberian pelayanan dan penginformasian program lebih maksimal. Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Pelaksanaan, Program BPNT The purpose of this study was to find out how effective the implementation of a non-cash food assistance program (BPNT) in the Gulak Galik Subdistrict, Teluk Betung Utara District, Bandar Lampung City. The method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach with research subjects, namely recipients of non-cash food assistance (BPNT) in Gulak Galik Village. The population in this study amounted to 336 family heads with samples taken (10%) from the population, namely 34 heads of families. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires as the main technique while interviews and documentation were supporting techniques. The results showed that the implementation of the non-cash food assistance program (BPNT) in the Teluk Betung North Gulak Galik Village, Bandar Lampung City based on the perception of the beneficiary of BPNT had been effective only needed to be improved program effectiveness measure indicators that are still categorized as quite effective so that the program can run more effectively as a whole. With the following percentages: The accuracy of the program target 62% or 21 respondents entered the effective category, program socialization 44% or 15 respondents included in the category of effective enough, program objectives 79% or 27 respondents in the effective category, and program monitoring 56% or 19 respondents in the category are quite effective. For this reason, to increase the effectiveness of the implementation of the non-cash food assistance program (BPNT) in the Gulak Galik Sub-District with frequent updating of program beneficiaries' data and providing program services and information more optimally.
