Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni menganalisis perbedaan waktu tempuh (pengukuran pada waktu pagi, siang, dan sore), dinamika perjalanan pada jam puncak untuk masing-masing ruas jalan dan kinerja ruas jalan berdasarkan karakteristik reliabilitas waktu tempuh. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada hari kerja selama 12 jam, terhitung sejak pukul 06.00 WIB hingga pukul 18.00 WIB, dengan interval pengukuran 30 menit. Survey menggunakan kendaraan ringan dengan kecepatan mengikuti kecepatan arus lalu lintas (floating car methods). Berdasarkan analisis dan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, waktu tempuh jam puncak (peak hour) terjadi di waktu sore hari, ini terjadi pada ruas jalan Z.A Pagaralam, Teuku Umar, Ahmad Yani, dan R.A Kartini, sedangkan ruas jalan Radin Intan terjadi pada siang hari. Dari hasil survey di lapangan menunjukkan terjadinyai fluktuasi waktu tempuh, dimana terdapat perbedaan waktu tempuh yang cukup signifikan dalam menempuh satu ruas jalan pada pengukuran di jam tertentu. Penyebab utama terjadinya perlambatan gerak kendaraan yakni karena adanya U-Turn (putar balik) dan aktivitas di sekitar ruas jalan tersebut, serta adanya peningkatan volume kendaraan di waktu-waktu tertentu. Kinerja ruas jalan berdasarkan karakteristik reliabilitas waktu tempuh dengan kinerja ruas jalan terburuk terjadi pada ruas jalan Z.A Pagaralam dengan nilai dari Planning Time Index sebesar 3,40, Buffer-Time Index sebesar 0,84 dan nilai Travel Time Index sebesar 1,91. Nilai ini lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai karakteristik reliabilitas pada empat ruas jalan lainnya, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ruas jalan terburuk terjadi di ruas jalan Z.A Pagaralam. Kata kunci : Reliabilitas, Kemacetan, Peak Hour The purpose of this study are to analyze the difference in travel time (daytime, afternoon, and evening), the dynamics of travel at peak hours for each road and the performance of the roads based on the characteristics of travel time reliability. The data are collected on working days for 12 hours, passed from 06:00 WIB to 18:00 WIB, with a measurement interval of 30 minutes. The survey uses light vehicles at speeds taken by traffic (the floating car method). Based on the analysis and calculations that have been done, the peak hour travel time (peak hours) occurs in the afternoon, this occurs on the Z.A Pagaralam, Teuku Umar, Ahmad Yani, and R.A Kartini, when the Radin Intan road occurs during the daytime. From the results of the survey in the field shows the fluctuation of travel time, where there is a significant difference in travel time in the meeting of one section of the road at measurements at certain hours. The main cause of slowing down is the movement of the vehicle due to the U-Turn (turn around) and activity around the road section, as well as an increase in the volume of the vehicle at certain times. The performance of the road section based on the characteristics of the travel time reliability with the worst road section performance occurred on the Z.A Pagaralam road with a value of the Planning Time Index of 3.40, the Buffer Time Index of 0.84 and the Travel Time Index value of 1.91. This value is greater than the value of the reliability characteristics of the other toll roads, so that it can cause road segments to occur on the Z.A Pagaralam toll road.
