Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Metil Metakrilat merupakan salah satu produk industri kimia yang digunakan sebagai bahan baku pembuatan Polimetil Metakrilat, Resin Akrilik, Industri Cat dan Pelapis (Coating), Industri Kosmetik dan Kesehatan. Metil Metakrilat dapat di produksi dengan beberapa proses yaitu 1) Proses dari Aseton Sianohidrin 2) Proses dari Isobutanol dan 3) Proses dari Isobutilen dan 4) Proses dari Asam Metakrilat. Dalam Pra-Rancangan Pabrik Metil Metakrilat ini dipilih proses dari Asam Metakrilat yang lebih menguntungkan dari segi ekonomi dan termodinamika dibandingkan proses lainnya. Kapasitas produksi pabrik direncanakan 50.000 ton/tahun dengan 330 hari kerja dalam 1 tahun. Lokasi pabrik direncanakan didirikan di Kawasan Industri Cikande, Kab. Serang, Prov. Banten. Tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan sebanyak 177 orang dengan bentuk badan usaha Perseroan Terbatas (PT) yang dipimpin oleh seorang Direktur Utama yang dibantu oleh Direktur Produksi dan Direktur Pemasaran dan Keuangan dengan struktur organisasi line and staff. Dari analisis ekonomi diperoleh: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp. 504.750.983.556 Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp. 89.073.702.980 Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp. 593.824.686.536 Break Even Point (BEP) = 40,96 % Shut Down Point (SDP) = 24,20 % Pay Out Time before taxes (POT)b = 1,99 years Pay Out Time after taxes (POT)a = 2,37 years Return on Investment before taxes (ROI)b = 34,14 % Return on Investment after taxes (ROI)a = 27,31 % Discounted cash flow (DCF) = 24,73 % Mempertimbangkan rangkuman di atas, sudah selayaknya pendirian pabrik Metil Metakrilat ini dikaji lebih lanjut, karena merupakan pabrik yang menguntungkan dan mempunyai prospek yang baik. Methyl Methacrylate is one of the chemical industry products used as Polymethyl Methacrylate raw material, Acrylic Resin, Paint and Coating Industry, Cosmetics Industry and Health. Methyl Methacrylate can be produced with several processes namely 1) Acetone Cyanohydrin Process, 2) Isobuthanol Process, and 3) Isobuthylene Process and 4) Methacrylic Acid Process. On the Manufacturing of Methyl Methacrylate was selected Methacrylic Acid Process that is more profitable in terms of economics and thermodynamics than other processes. This Plant is meant to produce 50.000 tons/year with operation time 24 hours/day and 330 days on a year. This Plant is planned to be built in Cikande Industrial Area, Serang, Banten. The bussines entity form of this plant is Limited Liability Company (Ltd) using line and staff organizational structure with 177 labors. From the economic analysis, it is obtained that : Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp. 504.750.983.556 Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp. 89.073.702.980 Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp. 593.824.686.536 Break Even Point (BEP) = 40,96 % Shut Down Point (SDP) = 24,20 % Pay Out Time before taxes (POT)b = 1,99 years Pay Out Time after taxes (POT)a = 2,37 years Return on Investment before taxes (ROI)b = 34,14 % Return on Investment after taxes (ROI)a = 27,31 % Discounted cash flow (DCF) = 24,73 % Consider the summary above, it is proper establishment of Methyl Methacrylate Plant is studied further, because the plant is profitable and has good prospects.
