Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas internal telur ayam ras yang diberi pelapisan dengan menggunakan komposisi lidah buaya (Aloe vera), kulit manggis, tepung beras dan disimpan selama 14 hari telah dilaksanakan pada Desember 2018 di Laboratorium Produksi dan Reproduksi Ternak, Jurusan Peternakan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Lampung. Materi penelitian menggunakan telur ayam ras strain isa brown dari induk ayam berumur 60 minggu. Jumlah telur ayam ras yang digunakan sebanyak 60 butir dengan bobot awal rata-rata 60,52±1,31 g/butir dengan koefisien variasi sebesar 2,16%. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap yang terdiri atas 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan penelitian terdiri atas P0: kontrol, P1: pelapisan dengan komposisi Aloe vera 50%, larutan kulit manggis 25%, tepung beras 25%, P2: pelapisan dengan komposisi Aloe vera 40%, larutan kulit manggis 30%, tepung beras 30%, dan P3: pelapisan dengan komposisi Aloe vera 30%, larutan kulit manggis 35%, tepung beras 35%. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis ragam pada taraf nyata 5% dan dilanjutkan dengan Uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelapisan telur menggunakan Aloe vera, larutan kulit manggis, dan tepung beras tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap bobot telur, nilai haugh unit , pH telur, dan indeks kuning telur. Kata kunci: Lidah buaya (Aloe vera), kulit manggis, tepung beras, persentase penurunan bobot telur, nilai haugh unit, pH telur, indeks kuning telur The purpose of this research was to find out interior quality of egg laying hens which composition Aloe vera, mangosteen peel solution, and rice flour and storage during 14 days. This research carried out on December 2018 housed in the Laboratory Animal Production and Reproduction, Departement of Animal Husbandry, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung. The material of research used 60 eggs laying hans strain isa brown from layer of 60 weeks old with the average weight 60,52±1,31 gram and coefficient of variation 2,16%. The research used a Completely Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments are P0: Control, P1: composition coating with Aloe vera 50%, mangosteen peel solution 25%, rice flour 25%, P2: composition coating with Aloe vera 40%, mangosteen peel solution 30%, rice flour 30%, and P3: composition coating Aloe vera 30%, mangosteen peel solution 35%, rice flour 35%. Analyzed data observations used variant with 5% trust level and continued with Least Significant Difference Test. The results showed that coating eggs using Aloe vera, mangosteen peel solution, and rice flour had not significant effect (P>0.05) to percentage egg weight lost, the haugh unit, egg pH, and yolk index.
