Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ekstrak meniran (Phyllanthus niruri L) sebagai imunomodulator terhadap titer antibodi AI dan ND pada broiler jantan, dan dilaksanakan pada April 2019—Mei 2019 di Laboratorium Lapang Terpadu, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Lampung. Analisis titer antibodi dilakukan di Laboratorium Virologi Balai Veteriner Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan dan lima ulangan yaitu air minum tanpa Phyllanthus niruri linn (P0), air minum dengan 1,5 mg/kg BB/hari Phyllanthus niruri linn (P1), air minum dengan 3 mg/kg BB/hari Phyllanthus niruri linn (P2), air minum dengan 4,5 mg/kg BB/hari Phyllanthus niruri linn (P3). Berdasarkan analisis ragam hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian Phyllanthus niruri linn tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap titer antibodi Newcastle Disease dan Avian Influenza pada broiler jantan. Rata-rata titer antibodi yang dihasilkan pemberian dosis Phyllanthus niruri linn dengan dosis 4,5 mg/kg BB/hari dapat meningkatkan titer antibodi Avian Influenza pada broiler jantan. Kata kunci: Phyllanthus niruri linn, Titer Antibodi, Avian Influenza, Newcastle Disease, Broiler jantan This study intended to know the effect of meniran extract (Phyllanthus niruri L) as an immunomodulator against AI and ND antibody titers in male broilers, and conducted in April 2019 until May 2019 at the Integrated Field Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung. Analysis of antibody titers was carried out at the Lampung Veterinary Virology Laboratory in Lampung. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments and five replications, drink water without Phyllanthus niruri linn (P0), drink water with 1.5 mg/kg BW/day Phyllanthus niruri linn (P1), drink water with 3 mg/kg BW/day Phyllanthus niruri linn (P2), drink water with 4.5 mg/kg BW/day Phyllanthus niruri linn (P3). Based on a variety of analysis of the results of this study showed that the administration of Phyllanthus niruri linn did not significantly affect the Newcastle Disease and Avian Influenza antibody titers in male broilers. But seen from the average antibody titer produced by giving a dose of Phyllanthus niruri linn at a dose of 4.5 mg/kg BW/day can increase the Avian Influenza antibody titer in male broilers.
