Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas perpustakaan, dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap minat baca dengan memperhatikan budaya membaca siswa di perpustakaan SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 944 siswa dan sampel 90 responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik probability sampling dengan menggunakan cluster sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier dan Path Analiys. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verivikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas perpustakaan, dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap minat baca siswa dengan memperhatikan budaya membaca siswa di perpustakaan SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung. Kata kunci: fasilitas, minat baca, pelayanan dan perpustakaan. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, library facilities, and school environment on reading interest by paying attention to the reading culture of the students in the library of SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung. The population in this study were all students of SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung with the total of 944 students and 90 respondents who were determined by probability sampling techniques using cluster sampling. Data collection is done by using questionnaires. The analysis technique uses linear regression and the Analiys Path. The method used in this study is descriptive verivative with ex post facto approaches and surveys. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence on the quality of services, library facilities, and school environment towards the students' reading interest by paying attention to the reading culture of the students in the library of SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung.
