This study aims to analyze: (1) the implementation of partnerships between coffee farmers and partnerships namely PT. Nestle; (2) knowing the process of implementing coffee marketing both partners and non-partners; (3) knowing the factors that influence income, (4) coffee farming income, (5) transaction costs, and (6) correlation between transaction costs and the income of coffee farmers in West Lampung Regency. This study uses a survey method that is direct interviews with respondents. There are two deliberately determined areas, namely Tugu Sari village in Sumber Jaya sub-district and Mutar Alam Pekon in Way tenong subdistrict. The sample consisted of 47 respondents 25 partner farmers and 22 nonpartner farmers. The objectives in this study were analyzed using quantitative descriptive method using data tabulation, simple regression, dummy regression, farm income, transaction costs and correlation between transaction costs and income. The results of the study show that: (1) the implementation of partnerships in Lampung Barat is a form of general trading patterns; (2) the implementation of marketing of West-bound coffee for farmers who have partnered to deposit their harvests to KUB or joint business groups appointed as agents of PT. Nestle, while for coffee farmers who do not partner, they produce their crops directly to collectors at the village and sub-district level, and there are also those that sell directly to home industries; (3) factors that greatly affect the income of coffee farmers are production, coffee prices, production costs with the level of trust is 99% and this partnership is proven by the level of trust of 85%; Keywords: Partnership, income, transaction costs Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis : (1) pelaksanaan kemitraan antara petani kopi dengan pihak kemitraan yaitu PT. Nestle ; (2) mengetahui proses pelaksanaan pemasaran kopi baik itu secara mitra maupun non mitra; (3) mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan ;(4) pendapatan usahatani kopi;(5) biaya transaksi ;dan (6) korelasi antara biaya transaksi dengan pendapatan petani kopi di Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey yaitu wawancara langsung dengan responden. Terdapat dua wilayah yang ditentukan secara sengaja yaitu desa Tugu Sari di kecamatan sumber Jaya dan Pekon Mutar Alam di Kecamatan Way tenong. Sampel terdiri dari 47 responden 25 petani mitra dan 22 petani non mitra. Tujuantujuan dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan tabulasi data, regresi sederhana, regresi dengan dummy, pendapatan usaha tani, biaya transaksi dan korelasi antara biaya transaksi dengan pendapatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) pelaksanaan kemitraan di lampung Barat adalah bentuk pola dagang umum; (2) pelaksanaan pemasaran kopi dilampung Barat untuk petani yang bermitra menyetorkan hasil panen nya ke KUB atau kelompok Usaha bersama yang ditunjuk sebagai agen dari pihak PT. Nestle sedangkan untuk petani kopi yang tidak bermitra menjula hasil panennya langsung kepada pedagang pengumpul ditingkat desa dan kecamatan dan ada juga yang langsung menjual ke industry rumahan;(3) faktor-faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi pendapatan petani kopi adalah Produksi, harga kopi, biaya produksi dengan taraf kepercayaan 99% dan kemitraan ini dibuktikan dengan taraf kepercayaan 85%; Kata kunci: Kemitraan , pendapatan, biaya transaksi
