Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Sektor pariwisata merupakan industri yang potensial untuk dikembangkan dan berperan dalam menggerakkan pertumbuhan ekonomi serta kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal. Salah satu objek wisata di Provinsi Lampung yang menjadi daya tarik wisatawan adalah Pantai Mutun. Terdapat pemukiman masyarakat di sekitar Pantai Mutun yang bersinggungan secara langsung dengan kegiatan pariwisata di lokasi tersebut. Perkembangan obyek wisata akan memberikan dampak secara langsung atau tidak langsung terhadap kehidupan fisik, sosial,budaya dan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dampak pengembangan objek wisata Pantai Mutun terhadap kehidupan fisik, sosial, budaya dan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Sukajaya Lempasing, Kecamatan Padang Cermin, Kabupaten Pesawaran Provinsi Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dampak fisik, sosial, budaya dan ekonomi yang terjadi akibat perkembangan pariwisata Pantai Mutun yaitu perubahan infrastrukur jalan, peralihan profesi masyarakat, hilangnya rasa percaya masyarakat Desa Sukajaya terhadap pemerintah dan pengelola, hilangnya rasa gotong royong antar masyarakat, peningkatan kesadaran pendidikan keluarga dan bertambahnya peluang kerja masyarakat. Pendapatan rata-rata masyarakat Desa Sukajaya per bulan yaitu Rp 815.000,00 dan peluang kerja masyarakat Desa Sukajaya yaitu sebesar 85%. Kata kunci : Perkembangan pariwisata, Dampak pariwisata, Masyarakat lokal dan Pantai Mutun. The tourism sector is an industry that has the potential to be developed and play a role in driving economic growth and the welfare of local communities. One of tourism site in Lampung Province is Mutun Beach. There are community settlements around Mutun Beach that intersect directly with tourism activities at the location. The development of tourism objects will have a direct or indirect impact on the physical, social, cultural and economic life of the surrounding community. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the impact of Mutun Beach tourism development on the physical, social, cultural and economic life of Sukajaya Lempasing Village, Padang Cermin District, Lampung Province Pesawaran District. The results of the study show the physical, social, cultural and economic impacts that occur due to the development of Mutun Beach tourism, namely changes in road infrastructure, the transition of the profession, loss of trust of the people of Sukajaya Village towards the government and managers, loss of mutual cooperation between communities, increased awareness of family education and increasing community employment opportunities. The average income of Sukajaya villagers is Rp. 815,000.00 per month and the community work opportunity of Sukajaya Village is 85%.
