This research aims to analyze the Professional Competencies: (1) mastery of the material, strukur, concepts and mindset of the social sciences (IPS) (2) the utilization of information and communication technology (ICT) to improve the quality of learning science Social Sciences (IPS) (3) utilization goals to improve the quality of learning (4) Mastered philosophy, methodology, technical, and Praxis (5) Expands away from the professional performance (6) improving the performance and commitment of devotion to The community. At the JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL Teacher in the city Certified IPS Metro school year 2018/2019. The method used is descriptive method. The sample of this research is the 42 teachers IPS SMP Certified educators. Data collection tools namely engineering documentation, questionnaires, interview. Research using research descriptive research is the entire population of teachers certified IPS SMP Metro City. The research results showed that (1). Mastery of the material, strukur, concepts and mindset of the appropriate academic area of expertise/field of study that showed a good percentage of the diampu (2) Pemanfaatkan information and communication technology (ICT) to improve the quality of learning in accordance with the the diampu field of study with a good percentage of the (3) Pemanfaatkan aim to improve the quality of learning shows good presentation (4) mastery of the philosophy, methodology, taknis, Praxis and the presentation frequency mostly shows the percentage (5) Expanding the professional performance of self presentation frequency indicates the percentage of the good. (6) improve performance and commitment to the Community presentations showed most of the frequency percentage frequency presentation either mostly showed the percentage of good. Professional competence based on Presepsi IPS Teachers Certified in Metro City JUNIOR HIGH school year 2018/2019. showed good value. Key words: Profesional, certified, teachers Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kompetensi Profesional: (1) penguasaan materi, strukur, konsep dan pola pikir ilmu pengetahuan sosial (IPS) (2) pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran ilmu pengetahuan sosial (IPS) (3) pemanfaatan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran (4) Menguasai Filosofi, Metodologi, teknis, dan Praksis (5) Mengembang diri dari kinerja professional (6) Meningkatkan Kinerja dan Komitmen Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Pada Guru IPS SMP Bersertifikasi di Kota Metro Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Metode yang di gunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 42 guru IPS SMP Bersertifikasi pendidik. Alat pengumpulan data yaitu teknik kuesioner, teknik dokumentasi, wawancara. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru IPS SMP bersertifikasi Kota Metro. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1).Penguasaan materi, strukur, konsep dan pola pikir keilmuan yang sesuai bidang keahlian/bidang studi yang diampu menunjukan presentase baik (2) Pemanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sesuai dengan bidang studi yang diampu dengan presentase baik(3)Pemanfaatkan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran menunjukan presentasi baik (4)Penguasaan Filosofi, Metodologi, taknis, dan Praksis presentasi frekuensi sebagian besar menunjukan presentase baik (5) Mengembang diri dari kinerja professional presentasi frekuensi menunjukan presentase baik.(6) Meningkatkan Kinerja dan Komitmen Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat presentasi frekuensi sebagian besar menunjukan presentase baik presentasi frekuensi sebagian besar menunjukan presentase baik. Kompetensi profesional Berdasarkan Presepsi Guru IPS SMP Bersertifikasi di Kota Metro Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. sudah menunjukan nilai baik. Kata kunci : Profesional, guru, bersertifikasi
