This research was conducted to evaluate usability in the University of Lampung's digital repository system using the User Experience method. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of usability and provide recommendations from the results of Usability Evaluation using the User Experience method in the University of Lampung's digital repository system. University of Lampung's digital repository system is a system used to obtain information from all scientific publications of the University of Lampung. This study uses a survey tool in the form of a questionnaire, the Software Usability System (SUS). The questionnaire was distributed online to 100 respondents consisting of 10 statements, then the results of the questionnaire survey were analyzed so that it could be used as input in improving the University of Lampung's digital repository system. This study also uses data from the University of Lampung's digital repository system that was confirmed by User Persona to study the personality of the user described through respondents. The average value of this study, which is 62,825 which was then concluded based on three evaluation categories on the SUS questionnaire, namely based on the acceptability ranges category included in the lower limit of the high level, the grade scale category received a D value, and the adjective ratings category got an OK value. The average value of the University of Lampung digital repository system is below the average standard value in many studies, which is 68 which means there is a problem with usability and the system must be improved to increase the usability value. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi usability pada sistem digital repository Universitas Lampung menggunakan metode User Experience. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat usability dan memberikan rekomendasi dari hasil Usability Evaluation menggunakan metode User Experience pada sistem digital repository Universitas Lampung. Sistem digital repository Universitas Lampung adalah sistem yang digunakan untuk memperoleh informasi semua publikasi ilmiah Universitas Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat survei berupa kuesioner, yaitu Software Usability System (SUS). Kuesioner disebarkan secara online kepada 100 responden yang terdiri dari 10 pernyataan, kemudian hasil dari survei kuesioner dianalisis agar dapat dijadikan sebagai masukan dalam perbaikan sistem digital repository Universitas Lampung. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan data dari Google Analytics sistem digital repository Universitas Lampung yang dikonfirmasikan dengan User Persona untuk mempelajari kepribadian pengguna yang digambarkan melalui responden. Nilai rata-rata dari penelitian ini, yaitu 62,825 yang kemudian disimpulkan berdasarkan tiga kategori penilaian pada kuseioner SUS, yaitu berdasarkan kategori acceptability ranges termasuk kedalam batas bawah high level, kategori grade scale mendapatkan nilai D, dan kategori adjective ratings mendapatkan nilai OK. Nilai rata-rata sistem digital repository Universitas Lampung berada dibawah nilai standar rata-rata pada banyak penelitian, yaitu 68 yang berarti terdapat masalah pada usability dan sistem harus dilakukan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan nilai usability.
