Coffee is one of the three non-alcoholic drinks (coffee, tea and cocoa). At present the total area of Indonesian coffee plantations is ranked second in the world, but for the production and export of Indonesian coffee there is at number four in the world. The low productivity of coffee is caused by inadequate crop cultivation techniques, thus encouraging various plant growth disorders. Based on the problems, coffee farmers need a tool that can provide information about coffee plants and diseases that attack coffee plant s and provide solutions to handle these diseases. One branch of computer science that can help is the expert system (Expert System). Expert system is a term "system" which means it is a set of parts or elements that are regularly connected to achieve a common goal. Expert systems use the knowledge of an expert which is intended to increase knowledge into computers. This research used Dempster-Shafer method to diagnose and to knowing the degree of accuracy of the diagnoses results. Information system and expert system of coffee plants diagnose contains information about plants management that begins from planting until harvest. This system built based on the web, with this system is expected to help provide solutions to handle the coffee plants that have disease, that many coffee plants can be saved from disease and can increase the productivity of coffee plants. Keyword : Information system, Expert System, Coffee plant disease. Kopi merupakan salah satu di antara tiga minuman non-alkoholik (kopi, teh dan kakao). Saat ini luas areal perkebunan kopi Indonesia berada pada urutan kedua di dunia, namun untuk produksi dan ekspor kopi Indonesia ada pada posisi empat dunia. Rendahnya produktivitas kopi disebabkan oleh teknik budidaya tanaman yang kurang memadai, sehingga mendorong timbulnya berbagai gangguan pertumbuhan tanaman. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, petani kopi membutuhkan sebuah alat bantu yang dapat memberikan informasi mengenai tanaman kopi dan penyakit yang menyerang tanaman kopi dan memberikan solusi untuk menangani penyakit tersebut. Salah satu cabang ilmu komputer yang dapat membantu adalah adalah sistem pakar (Expert System). Sistem pakar merupakan istilah dari bahasa Yunani “Sistem” yang artinya adalah himpunan bagian atau unsur yang berhubungan secara teratur untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Sistem pakar menggunakan pengetahuan seorang pakar yang dimaksud meningkatkan pengetahuan kedalam komputer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode DempsterShafer untuk mediagnosis dan mengetahui derajat akurasi hasil diagnosis. Sistem Informasi dan Sistem Pakar diagnosa penyakit tanaman kopi, berisi inf ormasi mengenai pengelolaan tanaman kopi dimulai dari penanaman sampai dengan panen. Sistem ini berbasis web, dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu memberikan solusi untuk menangani tanaman kopi yang terserang penyakit, sehingga banyak tanaman kopi yang dapat diselamatkan dari gangguan penyakit dan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman kopi. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Sistem Pakar, Penyakit tanaman kopi.
