Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi program pembangunan desa melalui anggaran dana desa di desa Sukabanjar Kecamatan Lumbok Seminung Kabupaten Lampung Barat tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling) yang dipopulerkan oleh George R. Terry. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Sukabanjar, Kecamatan Lumbok Seminung Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian masyarakat Desa Sukabanjar, Kepala Desa Sukabanjar beserta Perangkat Desa, Lembaga Himpun Pemekonan Desa dan 3 orang Tokoh Masyarakat Desa. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purvosive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi lapangan dan mengkaji dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menguraikan tentang bagaimana implementasi program pembangunan di Desa Sukabanjar melalui anggaran dana desa tahun 2018 yang dilihat dari segi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasannya telah terimplementasi secara keseluruhan. Pengimplementasiannya juga memiliki keterkaitan (relevan) dengan kebutuhan masyarakat desa dan disertai dengan partisipasi yang tinggi dari masyarakat Desa Sukabanjar. Kata kunci : Implementasi, Pembangunan, Dana Desa. The objective of this research was to find out how to implement the village development program through village fund estimation in Sukabanjar Village Lumbok Seminung Subdistrict ,West Lampung Regency In 2018. This research used POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuatting and Controlling) theory which was popularized by George R. Terry. This research was conducted in Sukabanjar Village, Lumbok Seminung Subdistrict West Lampung Regency. The method that used in this research was qualitative descriptive method with the subjects of the research were society in sukabanjar, headman of sukabanjar with the village officials, village supervisory council and the three public villagers’ figures . To take the sampling technique, the researcher used purposive sampling. To collect the data the researcher used interview method, field observation and reviewing document. The result of the research was elaborated about how to implement the village development program through village fund estimation in 2018 in terms of planning, organizing, implementation and supervision had been implemented as a whole. The implementation also has connection (relevant) with the needs of society and along with the high participation from Sukabanjar society. Keyword : Development, Implementation, Village Fund.
