Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the differences or influences by giving practice by one hand and two hands toward shooting basketball free throw. This research used pseudo experiment, The sample of the research are 30 people. The result of the research is Tcount = 2,376 > Ttable = 2,048 so the result of rejected H0n and accepted H3 showed significant differences on extracurricular basketball girl team of SMA Negeri 1 Natar. The result has shown that two hands give better influence to increase the ability of shooting free throw compared to practice by using one hand. Keywords: one hand, shooting free throw, two hand Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh dengan memberikan perlakuan yaitu latihan satu tangan dan dua tangan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil penelitian bahwa thitung = 2,376 > ttabel = 2,048 maka tolak H0n dan terima H3 Ada perbedaan yang signifikan menggunakan satu tangan dan dua tangan terhadap hasil shooting free throw bola basket pada tim ekstrakurikuler bola basket putri SMA Negeri 1 Natar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa latihan menggunakan dua tangan memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik untuk meningkatkan hasil shooting free throw dibandingkan latihan menggunakan satu tangan dalam meningkatkan hasil shooting free throw. Kata Kunci : dua tangan, satu tangan, shooting free throw
